The opportunity: 

As a Supply & Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in identifying key priorities and ensuring data-driven decision-making processes. You will get to utilize your analytical skills to contribute to tactical planning and operational efficiency.

Your unique insights as a Supply & Demand Planner place you in a key role in the organization and in communications with our different sites.  

The primary tasks:  

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

• Drive Forecasting Excellence: Lead the development and maintenance of an 18-month rolling forecast for the TPA Distribution division together with Product Line Manager, enabling proactive business planning and decision-making. 

• Govern Operational Planning: Own the tactical and operational planning process by establishing routines for tracking, monitoring, and controlling execution in line with business targets and priorities. 
• Enhance and Support Efficiency: Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure accurate purchasing data, optimal inventory levels, and transparency across procurement activities ensuring alignment with organizational targets and priorities. 
• Establish KPI Frameworks: Facilitate KPI tracking and analysis, implementing robust tracking and follow-up processes for operational teams 

• Support Inventory Strategy: Partner with Product Line Management on monthly stock profile reviews to align inventory with business goals. 

• Identify Risks and Opportunities: Proactively flag risks and opportunities to ensure optimal asset allocation across regions and support agile decision-making. 

• Contribute to S&OP Projects: Support strategic initiatives within the S&OP process, including projects aimed at improving data transparency and enabling better business decisions. 

• Improve Forecast Accuracy: Help develop and implement robust forecast accuracy metrics and processes to drive continuous improvement. 

• Deliver Insightful Recommendations: Conduct business case analyses and provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance and operational outcomes. 

We seek a team member that can identify with the description below: 

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, production engineering, or related field. 

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience 

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Microsoft PowerBI is advantageous.
