With headquarters in Copenhagen and eleven sites spanning from Orlando to Melbourne, we operate in a highly global environment where things are moving fast!

The opportunity:

As a Master Data Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Master Data Management (MDM) strategy. Your work will enable data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

The primary tasks:

  • Ensure Data Integrity: Oversee the daily operations of the MDM platform, including data ingestion, matching, merging, and synchronization.
  • Establish Standards: Define and document key data entities, business rules, and data quality metrics. Maintain a business glossary and document data lineage.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with IT, business analysts, and data engineers to implement MDM solutions and integrations. Work closely with business units (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing) to understand and address their data needs.
  • Monitor & Report: Design and monitor KPIs for data quality, reporting on metrics to leadership. Lead root cause analysis for data issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Innovate: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and processes to improve the MDM ecosystem. Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

We seek a team member that can identify with the description below:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years in a dedicated Master Data Management role.
  • Proven hands-on experience implementing and managing enterprise MDM solutions (e.g., Informatica MDM, Reltio, Stibo STEP, SAP MDG, IBM Infosphere, etc.).
  • Deep functional understanding of at least two master data domains (e.g., Customer, Product, Supplier, Finance).
  • Strong experience in data governance, data quality management, and defining business glossaries.
  • High proficiency in SQL for data analysis, profiling, and validation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional processes and managing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead without direct authority and drive organizational change.
  • Strategic Thinker: Balances long-term strategy with short-term tactical execution.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Exceptional root-cause analysis and critical-thinking skills.
  • Collaboration: A natural facilitator who builds strong relationships across the business and IT.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality output.
