The Opportunity:  

As our new Junior IT ERP Application Specialist, you will join our IT Teamlocated in our HQ in Copenhagen, and play an important role in supporting and improving the ERP applications used across the organization. You will help ensure that our systems run smoothly, support business needs, and remain aligned with our operational processes.

  

You will work closely with stakeholders across departments, troubleshoot issues, and learn how to translate business requirements into system functionality – with guidance from experienced colleagues.  

With ongoing support and training, this role can develop into a broader ERP specialist position as you gain experience and confidence. 


Your primary tasks will include: 

  • Provide daily functional support for ERP users (Quantum Control) and related applications)  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues by analyzing processes and user inputs.  
  • Assist with configuration of ERP modules, workflow adjustments and user settings 
  • Support user onboarding/offboarding activities, including role and permission setup 
  • Conduct testing of changes, patches and releases (UAT)  
  • Support the creation and maintenance of operational and management reports (Crystal Reports, SQL, or vendor tools) 
  • Work with vendors to register issues, track progress, and validate fixes  


You will also contribute to documentation — including process descriptions and configuration records — and gain experience in how system dependencies, data flows, and integrations come together. 


Qualifications: 

  • 1–3 years of experience working with a major ERP system (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Infor, etc.) 
  • Have an understanding of ERP processes and an analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and interpret data.  
  • Experience documenting processes or technical configuration.  
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with proprietary systems such as Quantum Control.  
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and operational stakeholders.  

It is an advantage if you have (but not required 

  • Knowledge of/Experience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools. 
  • Basic SQL or data analysis skills. 
  • Exposure to regulated industries or compliance-driven environments and familiarity with Change Management processes 
  • Good understanding of integrations, APIs, or file-based interfaces (conceptual knowledge is sufficient).
