We are now looking for an IT Student Assistant to support our daily IT operations in Copenhagen. In this role, you will become part of an international work environment, assisting our global teams and gaining practical experience within IT support, systems, and service delivery.

The opportunity: 

As our new IT Student Assistant, you will join a dedicated and supportive global IT team. We provide a collaborative work environment where you have a vital role in supporting your colleagues. The role is handson and operational, giving you a unique opportunity to apply your studies in practice. Your primary responsibility will be to support first-level IT tasks, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain smooth daily IT operations across our sites. 



The primary tasks:  

  • Handle first-line support: logging, categorizing, and assigning tickets in the ITSM system 
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues 
  • Support colleagues across locations and time zones 
  • Monitor service queues and escalate issues according to SLA 
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint) 
  • Assist with user account administration (onboarding/offboarding prep, access, resets) 
  • Support IT inventory management and asset tracking 
  • Assist with updating documentation (knowledge base, SOPs) 

  

Qualifications: 

We seek a team member that can identify with the description below: 

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant IT-related study (IT, computer science, network, data, etc.) 
  • Preferably 1–2 years left of your studies 
  • You can work around 15 hours a week during regular business hours 
  • General understanding of IT concepts, hardware, and software 
  • Interest in IT support, systems, and service management 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and standard workplace IT tools 
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written)

  • Able to work independently and ask for help when needed 
  • Comfortable communicating with colleagues at all levels of the organization
