The Opportunity:  

As our new Financial Controller, you will play a key role in consolidation, financial controlling, and external financial reporting for TP Aerospace Group. You’ll work closely with the Global Head of Accounting and collaborate with finance colleagues across regions. 



Because this is a new role, you will help shape processes and ways of working. You enjoy building structure, taking initiative, and driving solutions forward—even when everything isn’t defined from day one. 



You will also support key strategic projects within digitalization, process improvement, and accounting excellence 

 

Your primary tasks will include: 

  • Financial controlling of regional and consolidated financials for the group 
  • Supporting regional accounting teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards 
  • Supporting external audits and liaising with auditors regarding group reporting matters 
  • Monitoring changes in IFRS standards and assessing implications for the group 
  • Maintaining and updating accounting manuals and financial reporting guidelines 
  • Monthly consolidation (Konsolidator), and maintaining and updating the global Chart of Account 
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and participation in key strategic projects for accounting 


Qualifications: 

  • MSc or BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Accounting or Audit qualification is an advantage 
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting & Controlling, or other relevant field—preferably from an international company operating in multiple countries 
  • Strong knowledge of consolidation and reporting under IFRS and DK GAAP Experience managing and delivering on projects, including working cross-functionally or across geographies 
  • Tech savvy, including highly advanced Excel skills experience with the MS Power Platform

  • Open minded, strong communicator (written and verbal), and ambitious team player
