With headquarters in Copenhagen and eleven sites spanning from Orlando to Melbourne, we operate in a highly global environment — and things move fast! We are now looking for an analytical and quality‑driven Finance Business Partner to help us on our growth journey.

The role is based at our Copenhagen head office and revolves around driving better, more data‑driven decisions by combining strong financial analytical skills with technical understanding and a passion for improving data transparency and quality.

Your opportunity

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Finance & Digitalization, you will become a key sparring partner to the operational side of the business. You will contribute with an analytical and structured mindset for evidence‑based decision‑making, demonstrate thought leadership, and communicate business performance in a clear and intuitive way.

You will join a small, ambitious Business Finance team and gain significant autonomy to shape and grow the role.

Your primary tasks will include:

Operational

• Drive and manage monthly management reporting.
• Manage the monthly OPEX follow‑up process and track actions.
• Own key workstreams in the global forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Provide performance improvement recommendations based on business cases and financial analyses.
• Act as a sparring partner to Operations management for tactical and operational decisions.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Present financial insights to senior management and key stakeholders.

Strategy & Development

• Develop and improve analytical tools supporting business decision‑making.
• Refine and expand the global reporting and performance management platform.
• Support strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
• Drive data transparency and quality improvements.
• Contribute to continuous development of business performance processes.

Qualifications

• You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, HD, economics, or similar.
• You have 2–5 years of relevant work experience as a Business Finance Partner or in a similar role.
• You are a superuser in Excel, including Power Query; experience with PowerBI is an advantage.
• You have strong proficiency in the English language, both written and oral.
