At TP Aerospace, we continue to expand our global footprint and strengthen our OEM partnerships. We are now looking for a Director, Product Line Management to join our commercial organization in Copenhagen and take full ownership of our OEM product lines, including P&L responsibility, strategy, and market development – all while having fun doing so!

The opportunity:
As Director, Product Line Management, you will step into a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with broad functional responsibility and significant impact on TP Aerospace’s commercial success. You will have end-to-end‑ ownership of our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) product lines, including P&L responsibility, strategy definition, execution, and continuous performance development across global markets.
Reporting to the Group CCO, this role combines strategic leadership with strong operational involvement. You will work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders across Sales, Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT, acting as the functional anchor that aligns product line priorities, market insights, and execution. Externally, you will engage directly with OEM partners, customers, and other key stakeholders at senior levels, building strong relationships and ensuring that agreements, offerings, and market initiatives deliver mutual value.
You will be expected to take ownership, make decisions, and drive initiatives forward in a complex and fast-moving environment. Success in the role requires the ability to balance long-term strategy with day-to-day collaboration, translating market opportunities and data into concrete actions that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the organization.
