To drive the DEI agenda you are expected to take the lead in integrating DEI into essential people and business processes, recruiting activities, leadership programs, mentor programs etc. as well as be responsible for setting the ambition and driving relevant DEI projects and initiatives globally in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
