The main task is to explore degradation mechanisms in LNMO based batteries together with leading experts in the electrochemistry team at Topsoe and work directly with the material development team to help our customers achieve high performance and long cycle life. You will cover a range of tasks within development of characterization techniques, collaboration with internal subject matter experts, data analysis, lab work, training and supervision of student assistants and technicians, safety and collaboration with external partners.
