Your role will be crucial in identifying, mitigating, and managing contractual risks from project initiation to final completion of both internal CAPEX projects for various expansions or new builds of our own facilities, and external EPCM projects. You will be responsible for the professional commercial and contractual structure of our own CAPEX projects and to guide or support the sales department during contract negotiations.
