At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.
More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss.
Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of retail value. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.
We’re growing fast: Our community of 133 million registered users and 261,000 active partners across 21 countries, have together already saved 517 million meals from going to waste - avoiding almost 1.4 million tonnes of CO2e!
In 2023, Too Good To Go was recognised on Fortune's acclaimed 'Change the World' list, named as one of Deloitte's 'Best Managed Companies' and won a coveted 'Cultural Impact Award' at the annual Apple App Store Awards.
Your mission
Your mission is to enable Too Good To Go to grow faster, smarter and more consistently by building a world-class creative production engine.
As Head of Creative Production, you will ensure that our global ideas translate into high-performing, locally relevant advertising at scale, across markets, languages and platforms.
Your role and responsibilities
- The Creative Production team is responsible for the scalable production of advertising assets for our global brand.
- Operating at the intersection of creative, technology and operational excellence, the team scales global creative masters into high-performing, locally relevant assets across markets, languages and platforms. We are operating at an impressive scale, producing over 500 assets per month that reach millions of people around the world. To meet this demand without compromising quality, we must move beyond traditional ad production.
- You will own the system that scales creative assets to ensure localised relevance and strong performance, and lead the shift from manual processes to intelligent, technology-driven production, multiplying the impact of our creative talent.
- This function plays a critical role in enabling impact at scale through smarter processes, automation, AI-powered production and continuous optimisation.
Your role
- Lead the global creative production team to scale output intelligently while pioneering the advancement of creative tech.
- Design and implement a modern creative supply chain that automates repetitive work and enables smart resource and capacity planning.
- Own the strategic deployment of AI and automation within creative production, setting standards, governance, and best practices that protect brand, craft, and speed-to-market.
- Build a deep understanding of performance data, using metrics and feedback loops to inform decisions, improve output, and scale what works. Help build systematic overviews and share knowledge internally.
- Inspire a large, cross-functional team to adopt new ways of working, grounded in data and focused on impact
Requirements
- Proven experience leading creative production, incl. people management, localisation and/or scaled content operations within a global, multi-market environment - ideally from an agency background.
- Strong technical understanding of creative production systems, including automation, templating, DAMs, modular design and AI-enabled workflows.
- Business and data understanding, using performance insights to continuously improve output, systems, and impact.
- You speak both "Creative" (understanding design/creative fundamentals to brief, review and lead creative production) and "Tech" (workflows, automation, AI prompts). No design experience is required: the role doesn’t do design work.
- Pragmatic mindset. You’re passionate, hands-on & caring. You are comfortable disrupting established manual processes to build faster, better automated systems. You view creative production as a system that can be optimized, measured, and scaled.
- Team player. You have good communication skills and the ability to translate insights and ideas into tangible actions and operational objectives.
Our values:
