TimeLog is a leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) software, dedicated to helping professional service organizations streamline business processes and boost productivity. TimeLog fills the GAP between Project Managers and the Finance Department in the consulting business, empowering Project Managers to manage project financials in a way compliant with the requirements set by finance.
Location: Hybrid – Copenhagen, Aalborg, or Aarhus
Reports to: Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO)
Dotted-line collaboration: Head of Marketing and Senior Product Manager
Your mission
Be the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Revenue.
Translate what we build into clear, commercial stories that drive growth, adoption, and pride.
You’ll be setting up the craft foundation for how we bring our product to the market. You’ll
ensure every release is commercially ready - with the right positioning, pricing logic, and
go-to-market clarity.
While the overall pricing and packaging framework sits with the CPTO, you’ll help shape it
- working with Finance and Revenue Operations on structure and profitability, and with
Marketing to ensure our pricing and value story resonate in the market.
What you’ll do
1. Product-to-Market Storytelling
• Turn our product roadmap and customer value drops into compelling customer
stories for our focus industries.
• Build messaging and positioning frameworks that connect product value to market
impact.
• Partner with Marketing to bring stories to life - you own the what and why,
Marketing owns the how and where.
2. Go-to-Market & Commercial Readiness
• Ensure every value drop is commercially ready with clear positioning, messaging,
and pricing logic aligned to the CPTO’s framework.
• Collaborate with Finance and Revenue to translate pricing logic into execution.
• Provide market and customer insights that shape pricing and packaging evolution.
• Prepare launch briefs, internal enablement, and competitive positioning assets.
3. Enable Growth & Conversion
• Provide messaging frameworks, narratives, and proof points for sales enablement.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure all assets reflect product
value and differentiation accurately.
4. Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights
• Own competitive intelligence for pricing, positioning, and feature differentiation.
• Maintain and share a live competitor matrix across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
• Use insights to influence roadmap priorities, pricing validation, and messaging.
