Lead enterprise programs across Finance, HR, Sustainability and Facilities Management, orchestrating both SAP and non-SAP initiatives that transform how colleagues interact with core business systems
Establish program governance and run steering forums to drive timely decision making
Provide transparency through executive dashboards and communications that give clear insight into program progress, risks, and business impact across diverse partner groups
Navigate ambiguity by breaking down complex problems spanning multiple teams and platforms into executable roadmaps
Drive proactive program management by identifying dependencies and risks early
Collaborate with Product Teams, end-users, vendors, and business process owners to accelerate decisions and maintain delivery momentum
Take initiative in establishing program standards and delivery practices across corporate product initiatives, adapting to both classic and agile delivery methodologies, while experimenting with AI tools for personal and Team productivity

The Colleague Experience Technology organisation is transforming how The LEGO Group corporate functions operate - from financial systems and HR platforms to facilities management tools. You'll work on programs that span across SAP solutions and modern cloud-based applications, ensuring these systems work together seamlessly to support our colleagues globally.
Experience leading technical programs in corporate products (Finance, HR, Facilities Management) spanning multiple platforms. We typically see 5-8 years in similar roles, however, we value skills and achievements that demonstrate your capability to excel in this role more than years of service
Background with both SAP solutions (ERP, Concur, BTP, or similar) and non-SAP platforms, understanding how systems integrate and how to roll them out in corporate environment
Experience orchestrating programs across diverse technology stacks and business domains, managing dependencies between teams
Demonstrable ability to collaborate with business process owners in Finance, HR, or Facilities to translate requirements into technical delivery
Effective stakeholder management across technical teams, business leaders at all levels, and external vendors or implementation partners
Experience providing transparency through program reporting and dashboards that communicate progress to diverse audiences
Solid sense of ownership and initiative - identifying gaps in program structure and taking action autonomously
Track record delivering programs in ambiguous environments where requirements evolve and priorities shift
Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration
Knowledge of finance or HR business processes and system requirements
Understanding of data migration and enterprise data management and PMP, Agile, Change Management certifications
Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
