Job Description

Every day there’s a challenge – and a playful way to solve it!

*Please note that no relocation support is offered for this position*

Core Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate programs and project portfolios across Finance, HR, Sustainability and Facilities Management systems, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery landmarks

  • Provide transparency through dashboards and communications that give partners clear insight into progress, risks, and business value across multiple initiatives

  • Navigate ambiguity by breaking down evolving requirements into executable plans, adapting as priorities shift and new information emerges

  • Collaborate with Product Teams, business partners and vendors to accelerate decisions and maintain momentum

  • Take initiative in establishing program standards and delivery practices across corporate product initiatives, adapting to both classic and agile delivery methodologies, while experimenting with AI tools for personal and Team productivity

  • Make working on programs an exciting experience for LEGO colleagues

Play your part in our team succeeding

The Colleague Experience Technology organisation is transforming how The LEGO Group corporate functions operate - from financial systems and HR platforms to facilities management tools. You'll work on programs that span across SAP solutions and modern cloud-based applications, ensuring these systems work together seamlessly to support our colleagues globally.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience leading technical programs or managing project portfolios in corporate functions (Finance, HR, Sustainability, Facilities). We typically see 4-7 years in similar roles, however, we value skills and achievements that demonstrate your capability to excel in this role more than years of service

  • Background managing multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities, working with objectives and key results (OKRs)

  • Experience collaborating with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical delivery plans

  • Demonstrable ability to deliver in ambiguous environments where scope evolves and you need to make progress with incomplete information

  • Effective stakeholder management across technical teams, business leaders at all levels, and diverse functional areas

  • Solid sense of ownership and initiative - spotting gaps and taking action without waiting for direction

  • Track record orchestrating work across multiple teams, managing dependencies, and maintaining delivery cohesion

  • Experience with agile delivery methodologies at scale

  • Experience with corporate systems and business processes (SAP, ERP, procurement tools, facilities management platforms, sustainability)

  • Background in portfolio management or program management office (PMO) environments

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS integration approaches

  • Understanding of change management and user adoption strategies and also PMP, Agile, certifications

Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.

Build your career brick by brick at the LEGO Group.

"Bring your tech talent and people passion into play and become part of a big IT community and get the chance to spar with other specialists that share interest!"
