Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager for Tax & Trade Compliance within the CFO Digital Products organisation, you are responsible for defining and driving the roadmap, and value realization for a complex product area supporting the LEGO Group’s global tax and foreign trade compliance requirements.

Core Responsibilities
 

Product Vision & Strategy
 

  • Define and evolve a clear product vision and approach for Tax & Trade Compliance aligned to CFO and Global Tax priorities

  • Translate regulatory requirements into actionable product strategy

  • Define and drive product goals and turning points aligned to portfolio and CFO objectives

  • Product OKRs & Value Realisation

  • Define and drive product OKRs aligned to portfolio and CFO objectives

  • Link initiatives to measurable outcomes such as compliance coverage, automation, and risk reduction

  • Track adoption and realised benefits to ensure value delivery

Prioritisation & Delivery
 

  • Lead prioritisation within the product area, balancing regulatory deadlines, risk, dependencies, and business impact

  • Facilitate data-driven trade-offs and act as partner concern point for complex decisions

  • Ensure strong integration with S/4HANA and adjacent finance products, Partnership & Agile Leadership

  • Partner closely with Global Tax LT, CFO stakeholders, Digital Technology, and external partners

  • Translate complex tax and technical topics into clear decisions

  • Own the product team in effective Agile practices and continuous discovery

  • Clear, actionable product vision and roadmap understood across Tax, Digital and other stakeholders

  • Strong alignment between product outcomes and CFO / Global Tax priorities

  • Prioritized portfolio aligned with the business resulting in quarterly OKR that aligns towards the annual OKR

  • Strong stakeholder confidence in prioritization, direction and delivery

  • Effective, data-led decision-making

Play your part in our team succeeding

  • You will work in close partnership with the Global Tax Leadership Team, and Digital Technology to ensure digital solutions effectively enable compliance, handle risk within the LEGO Group’s tax risk appetite, and support broader CFO transformation priorities.

  • You define the “how” and “what” of the product area. You lead prioritization and empower a cross-functional team. Their work delivers measurable business impact tied to portfolio goals and enterprise outcomes.

  • Strong experience delivering digital solutions for global tax and trade compliance

Product & Leadership Capabilities
 

  • Proven experience owning strategy and roadmap for a complex enterprise product area

  • Strong ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements to compose business value

  • Experience building business cases and linking delivery to measurable outcomes

  • Confident influencing partners up to VP level

  • Commercial, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity and change
