Job Description

Are you enthusiastic about Finance and would you like to turn your theoretical understanding into practical experience and develop your toolbox?

Then this is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience within the CFO organization of one of the most recognized brands in the world.

What we offer

Starting August 1st, 2026, join our two-year student worker program for positions within the CFO Organization spanning areas such as:

  • Finance business partnering towards product development, sales, supply chain and IT.
  • Corporate functions like financial planning, management reporting
  • Business processes and analytics e.g. business intelligence, internal controls, business process development, optimization and automation.

These areas are part of a Student Worker rotation system, where you get to see various areas of a CFO organization, as all our student workers will rotate after their first year. We want to ensure you as a student worker get the best learning experience and grow as much as possible.

Unique Learning and Development Opportunities:

  • Rotation system: Explore various parts of the CFO organization, ensuring comprehensive learning experience and personal development.
  • Specific Learning and Development: Participate in additional learning sessions.
  • Social Network and Activities: Engage in activities with fellow student workers, building a strong professional network.

The positions are based in Billund, Denmark, in our brand-new LEGO Campus. Here you will find a fitness center, baristas, sports arena, pottery, cinema and much more, exclusively available for LEGO Employees.

We expect you to be working two days per week in Billund starting 1 August 2026, with flexibility around exams and the possibility of working from home. In addition, you will have the opportunity to carpool with colleagues through a well-organized carpool group.

Curiosity, collaboration, and interest in numbers

Besides being eager to learn, you are helpful and known as a team player, who can collaborate with colleagues from around the world. Ideally you are:

  • Pursuing a bachelor (5-6 semester) or master’s degree in a relevant field like economics, finance, or other relevant studies at a Danish University or Business School.
  • Passionate about your studies and are eager to apply it in a professional context.
  • An experienced user of the Microsoft Office package.
  • Analytical and problem-solving when approaching a project.
  • Communicating effectively in English, and working systematically and thoroughly.
  • Energized by helping others.
