Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare and perform physical tests of LEGO packaging according to specified procedures in alignment with your colleagues.
• Support packaging and packing related projects.
• Help with day-to-day activities around the office, laboratory and warehouse.
• Investigate and evaluate front end technologies and materials with colleague.
• Maintain IT and data relevant systems.

Play your part in our team succeeding

The Novelty & Packaging Development team is responsible for developing packaging solutions and finding packaging materials that ensure that we can succeed in our ambition to deliver sustainable packaging in the right LEGO quality. We also provide support and specialist knowledge to our global production sites to continuously improve and optimize our running production. You will be joining a diverse and international team of highly specialized people consisting of 8 colleagues of 3 different nationalities.

Do you have what it takes?

It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker. Further, you are currently studying within a relevant field of engineering or have other packaging related background. You will motivated by your curiosity and finding new solutions as well as sharing your ideas and knowledge. Further, you have:

• The willingness and capability to do physical work – the job includes hands on physical testing at times.
• A drive to unbox new ideas and give inputs.
• An openness and curiousness towards different cultures and nationalities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• The ability to work 10–15 hours per week from the Billund office.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D drawing software
• Knowledge of PowerBI or PowerAutomate
