Embed the Management System into Daily Operations - Partner with Leadership Teams to integrate the E&W Management System into routines, decisions, and leadership behaviors - ensuring it drives clarity, alignment, and execution.
Drive Performance & Continuous Improvement - Use performance insights and structured problem-solving to identify gaps, unlock opportunities, and enable sustainable business results.
Translate Strategy into Execution - Turn strategic priorities into clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and disciplined follow-up at operational level.
Strengthen Performance & Improvement Focus - Guide leaders in defining meaningful success measures, conducting focused performance dialogues, and prioritizing high-impact improvement initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
Coach & Influence Leaders - Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a strong ONE TEAM approach across functions and sites.
Enable Sustainable Change - Strengthen and evolve the Management System while ensuring new practices are embedded consistently across operations.
You will bridge enterprise strategy with operational reality — translating priorities into measurable objectives, strengthening governance rhythms, and enabling focused performance follow-up. Through structured problem-solving, data-driven insights, and strong partner influence, you will elevate performance, accountability, and collaboration across E&W.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complexity and knows how to turn management systems and continuous improvement principles into tangible business results.
Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Management Systems within complex engineering or technical environments
Proven track record partnering with senior leaders to elevate operational performance
Strong hands-on application of structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Ability to translate strategy into measurable objectives and structured performance follow-up
Strong business acumen and confidence influencing without formal authority
Experience in matrixed or multi-site environments
