Join a dynamic Global Mobility team where you’ll play a key role in creating seamless relocation experiences for international talent and their families. As our Sr. Global Mobility Assistant, you’ll own inbound immigration processes, partner with vendors and authorities, and help shape efficient, compliant solutions. Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the expert on all aspects of inbound immigration for employees and their families in Denmark, providing guidance and support. 
• Collaborate with an external immigration vendor to manage all new requests, track extension requirements, and ensure secure document sharing. 
• Handle changes to work and residence permits due to employment status changes, such as promotions or terminations. 
• Monitor expiry dates and take necessary actions to maintain compliance. 
• Participate in developing processes and policies that align with business objectives and Danish immigration laws, ensuring they are efficient and legally compliant. 
• Handle queries from SIRI (Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration) related to immigration matters by working closely with HR and other departments, and recommend, optimize, and design processes to avoid such queries / topics in future.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality support. 
• Stay informed on the latest immigration news and participate in networking events to enhance the overall immigration support strategy.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate brings a relevant educational background coupled with a few years of experience global mobility or immigration practice – either client or vendor side. You show proven analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving and you can independently manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. It will be a plus if you know of Danish immigration law but not requirement. 
As a person, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultures as well, as you are a strong team player and an independent thinker.
