As Senior Category Manager, Licensing Portfolio & Growth, you’ll take a fragmented, high-potential space and turn it into a world-class brand partnership engine, driving global activations, sharper ranges, and real commercial impact. This is a hands-on role for someone with grit, curiosity, and the drive to unlock the full potential of a high-growth area!
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
No relocation or visa assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities
Own Global brand partnerships and activation - Define what “great” looks like, align partners, and bring activations to life across channels with clear, executable plans, working closely with Regional Leads.
Lead and grow the outbound licensing portfolio in the Amercias (AMS) region - Curate a compelling, insight-led product range that resonates with shoppers and drives consistency across regions.
Drive commercial performance & forecasting accuracy - Deliver against growth targets by improving demand planning, reducing excess stock, and optimising vendor and product mix.
Manage vendor ecosystem & product quality - Oversee a large, diverse supplier base (c.100 vendors), streamlining where needed while ensuring products meet brand, quality, and retail standards.
Align cross-functional stakeholders & influence senior leaders - Partner with Retail Experiences & Marketing leadership, licensing teams, and commercial functions to shape priorities, integrate campaigns, and deliver against Integrated Commercial Planning.
Do you have what it takes
Licensing experience ideally coupled with category management - Strong understanding of product curation, portfolio optimisation, and exposure to licensing or brand partnerships.
Commercial and analytical mindset - Proven ability to use data, forecasting, and market insights to drive growth and improve performance.
Executional excellence - Comfortable owning processes end-to-end, from vendor conversations to order management and in-store activation.
Stakeholder management at senior level - Confident communicator who can influence, challenge, and align cross-functional teams and leadership, globally.
Self-starter with resilience and change mindset - Brings structure to ambiguity, tackles legacy challenges head-on, and thrives in transforming “mess” into high-performing.
Fluency in English - both written and verbal.
