Are you an adventurous engineer who loves to experiment and learn? Do you excel at challenging norms and embracing the imperfect?
As a Senior Engineer in Spark360, you'll dive into the unknown, crafting clunky yet effective solutions that spark new ideas and drive innovation. Your role is all about the journey, not the destination—explore, experiment, and inspire!
*Please note that no relocation support is offered for this position*

Craft solutions that convey the right message and enhance learning, even if they're not perfect
Make decisions with a clear point of view, even when the path is uncertain
Engage with diverse stakeholders in non-technical language, working on use cases, and testing hypotheses
Expand your network and research skills to explore new technologies for experimentation and potential adoption
Inspire and ignite curiosity, involving colleagues to make inspiration and ideas stick
Welcome to Spark360, the innovation powerhouse within The LEGO Group's Digital Technology supporting the Manufacturing space!
Our team is all about rapid experimentation, pushing boundaries, and discovering new ways to tackle complex challenges in manufacturing and supply chain.
We thrive on learning and exploring by building prototypes to test ideas. We focus on early discovery and innovation with the outcome of findings and prototypes.
Our Digital Technology & Operations partners often find opportunities to enhance manufacturing and supply chain processes.
The Spark360 team collaborates with them on opportunities that are 2+ years out in the future to explore ideas, focusing on feasibility and value. By engaging partners and product teams, Spark360 identifies and tests digital solutions. This process yields insights into both the problem and technology.
These findings are shared with the business to build a value case and advance opportunities. Spark360 also shares insights widely with digital teams to inspire broader innovation.
Embrace experimentation, challenge norms, and explore new insights through prototyping and hypothesis testing
Eager to learn from mistakes and adaptable to changing contexts
Solid skills in understanding and solving complex problems
Appreciate diverse perspectives and excel in teamwork
Experience in software solutions with a focus on architecture
Skilled in modern object-oriented languages like C#
Knowledge of event-driven architectures and data engineering
Knowledge of manufacturing and/or supply chain processes and technology
Strong against external resistance and embraces challenges
Experience with frameworks like React and cloud platforms
Passionate about discovery and exploring technologies
Skilled in explaining complex ideas to varied audiences
Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
"Bring your tech talent and people passion into play and become part of a big IT community and get the chance to spar with other specialists that share interest!"
