Job Description

As Soft Service Lead, you’ll shape and elevate workplace services for thousands of colleagues—driving innovation, leading partnerships, and creating environments where people thrive every day. Core Responsibilities

  • Working on the continuous improvement of our workplace experience and facility services by successfully driving implementation of industry leading practices and innovation initiatives

  • Act as Single Point of Contact and SME within area of responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations in the offices as well as ensuring a structured and caring leadership approach of an external team with focus on well-being, success and motivation

  • Proactive approach to key stakeholder management both internally and externally (i.e. with external facility service partner Vendor management and performance follow-up

  • Budget awareness and understanding of commercial mechanisms

  • Involve and coordinate with internal stakeholders (Local Facility, Operation, Procurement, Finance, EHS, etc.)

  • Ensure timely communication of changes impacting both colleagues and employees to partner.

The role is part of Workplace Operations HQ & Nordic, bringing great Workplace Experiences to live every day for more than 6,000 colleagues. Collaborating closely with our external facility services provider, responsibilities will be to manage the operational workplace of the offices to give our employees a great workplace experience every single day. This is front of house where key stakeholders will come from many different cultures and will be at all levels, so a positive service-minded approach and a role-model for others is key.
 

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate brings operational experience, ideally within food service/catering or similar as well as commercial awareness, including budgets and an understanding of service delivery agreements. You are team player who build and maintain strong trusted relationships with key business partners and can ensure compliance across processes and policies.

You might be brilliant in Excel, strong in SAP, great at building clear and engaging presentations, or the kind of person who naturally creates structure, energy, and momentum around you.
