Join The LEGO Group as a Senior Finance Manager and shape the future of play through strategic financial leadership and collaboration with top teams.
There will be no relocation support for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Partner with Product, R&D, and Commercial leadership to define financial strategy for the SMART Play platform and future innovation.
Drive financial modeling and scenario planning for a multi-year innovation roadmap.
Translate consumer behavior insights and strategic critical metrics into actionable forecasts.
Lead cross-functional budget planning for Smart Play initiatives.
Champion data-driven performance measurement, including profitability analysis and real-time KPI dashboards.
Coach and develop finance teams embedded within innovation squads.
Join our Smart Play & Innovation team to lead financial strategy and drive value creation for LEGO's groundbreaking product ecosystems. Your role will be pivotal in shaping global growth and pioneering future innovations in interactive play.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) if in UK .
Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Experience in technology-driven product ecosystems.
Initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage ambiguity and change
