Join The LEGO Group as a Senior Finance Manager and shape the future of play through strategic financial leadership and collaboration with top teams.

There will be no relocation support for this position.


Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, R&D, and Commercial leadership to define financial strategy for the SMART Play platform and future innovation.

  • Drive financial modeling and scenario planning for a multi-year innovation roadmap.

  • Translate consumer behavior insights and strategic critical metrics into actionable forecasts.

  • Lead cross-functional budget planning for Smart Play initiatives.

  • Champion data-driven performance measurement, including profitability analysis and real-time KPI dashboards.

  • Coach and develop finance teams embedded within innovation squads.

Do you have, what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) if in UK .

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.

  • Experience in technology-driven product ecosystems.

  • Initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and change
