Job Description
Join the LEGO Group in an exciting global role as a "Senior Specialist, Membership Program Planning and Delivery." As part of the M&P team within Market & Channels Central Marketing, you'll help grow our membership base and infuse everyday life with the joy of play.
NB: This position is located in Copenhagen, and relocation assistance is not available.
Core Responsibilities:
Your role ensures that the Membership Program Operations & Enablement team has the resources to meet business demands.
You'll support the LEGO Insiders Program, ensuring seamless processes for our membership offerings and Reward Centre. Drive best practices and efficiency to deliver outstanding membership experience.
Build and operate an efficient model for Membership Program Ops & Enablement, enhancing productivity, accountability, and collaboration with M&P Business Improvement and Delivery team.
Map end-to-end operational processes, from brief intake to execution, and implement service level agreements.
Oversee annual planning, budgeting, and demand allocation to meet goals and objectives, collaborating closely with M&P Business Improvement and Delivery team.
Partner with Senior Manager Operations and Senior Manager Enablement to drive excellence in execution, inventory management, and optimisation of membership offerings across all LEGO channels.
Define and maintain clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows to maximise resource utilisation and streamline processes for efficient membership delivery.
Manage the prioritisation process for new activations across Core membership plans, Flex, and wider LEGO Group business needs.

M&C Marketing aims to build and deploy capabilities essential for us to win in corporate plan 2026 and ensure alignment and execution of marketing excellence globally.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience in program delivery operations, specialising in system management, process improvement, and team resource planning.
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence advantages
Effective project management skills with a track record of successful cross-team collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, driven by data insights.
Superior communication abilities.
Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Experience in Agile environments.
