Job Description

Help us reimagine what’s possible in SAP.
At the LEGO Group, our SAP engineers don’t just configure — they build. From the ground up. You’ll join a modern engineering team designing and developing products that power our global supply chain — ensuring that LEGO® sets reach builders all over the world efficiently and sustainably.

If you’re a software engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, working with modern SAP technologies, and taking end-to-end ownership, this could be your next great challenge.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and configure end-to-end applications through close collaboration with product team members.

  • Engineer products to the highest standards of security and data privacy, following LEGO Group principles from ideation to production and beyond.

  • Implement modern design patterns and architectural principles that ensure scalability and quality.

  • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code, adhering to LEGO engineering standards.

  • Ensure product robustness and reliability through unit and integration testing.

  • Drive automation to improve operational efficiency and streamline daily tasks.

  • Challenge ideas and propose better solutions to build the most efficient, reliable systems possible.

  • Contribute to product roadmaps by suggesting and defining future stories with the Product Manager.

Play your part in our team succeeding

The Supply & Demand Technology team builds and innovates digital solutions for the LEGO Group’s global supply chain — the backbone that ensures every LEGO® creation can come to life.

You’ll join a collaborative, diverse, and technically skilled team based in Billund and Copenhagen. Our engineers come from around the world and share a passion for creating robust, scalable products that support key supply chain processes.

In this role, you’ll help adopt new engineering patterns and integrate with cutting-edge partners like Kinaxis Maestro, shaping the future of how we plan, produce, and deliver our products.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Skilled SAP engineer ready to take on a wide variety of tasks — including work beyond SAP technologies.

  • Several years’ experience with modern SAP ABAP.

  • Knowledge of SAP BTP, RAP, and Steampunk — or eagerness to learn them.

  • A curious, collaborative team player who continuously learns, shares knowledge, and challenges the status quo.

  • Committed to delivering sustainable, high-quality solutions, always considering performance and security.

  • Playful, self-driven, and proactive in contributing to team success.

  • Experience working in an agile development team.

  • Experience delivering solutions that support core business processes.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with SAPUI5 or SAP CAP.

  • API development and management.

  • Familiarity with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana).
