Job Description
Join a high-impact engineering team at the LEGO Group and help build digital tools that power the full design-for-manufacturing journey – from concept to production.
We are open for the position to be either a software engineer or senior software engineer.
Please note we don’t offer relocation support for this role.

This segment of the Digital Technology organization is known as the Product Engineering Technology department.
It provides solutions and technology for the engineering sectors of the LEGO Group, supporting the entire process from designing LEGO® elements to manufacturing.
The team in focus is an established team doing software support for the design of elements and moulds.
Building digital tools which support the full design-for-manufacturing value chain (from element design to mould design) and mould qualification teams to improve productivity, quality, and speed to market.
We are seeking a talented software engineer, with the right mindset and capabilities to support our mould engineering and qualification organization to enable better and faster design and production processes.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts who value collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Core responsibilities
Help shape the direction and culture of a high-impact, collaborative team
Drive the development and enhancement of the technical platform in close dialogue with users and stakeholders
Engage with other product teams enabling them to take ownership or co-create new solutions
Engineer solutions that meet high standards of security and data privacy by adhering to LEGO Group’s principles
Engage in technical discussions with fellow software engineers in the product team, demonstrating curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn and experiment with an agile mindset
Do you have what it takes?
A passion for discussing architecture and identifying thoughtful solutions for real-world challenges
Experience in developing IT solutions to align with product vision and improve everyday workflows
Proficiency in building secure IT solutions using loosely coupled architecture and API-led integration, adhering to Domain-Driven Design principles in .NET
Experience with software architecture and cloud infrastructure setup, employing infrastructure as code
Demonstrated readiness for change and a preference for a flexible, inclusive, and inspiring environment that values diversity and different perspectives
A team player with a positive, brave, and curious mindset, who enjoys collaborating, mentoring, and learning together with others

Bonus skills
Proficient in Typescript and React development
Experience in writing tests (unit/functional)
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and continuous delivery environments
Strong cultural competence with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with international and cross-disciplinary teams
Possesses a mentoring and coaching mindset, actively sharing knowledge within organizational communities
