Core Responsibilities

Help shape the direction and culture of a high-impact team

  • Drive the development and enhancement of the technical platform.
  • Engage with other product teams, enabling them to take ownership or co-create new solutions.
  • Engineer solutions that meet high standards of security and data privacy by adhering to LEGO Group’s principles.
  • Engage in technical discussions with fellow software engineers in the product team, demonstrating a strong eagerness.

Play your part in our team succeeding

This segment of the Digital Technology organization is known as the Product Engineering Technology department.
It provides solutions and technology for the engineering sectors of the LEGO Group, supporting the entire process from designing LEGO® elements to manufacturing.

In this position, you will be part of a digital product team that develop and support the digital solutions provided for the engineering department working with material research, modeling, and simulation.

You will work in a team collaboration with a product manager, digital designer, and other software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Do you have what it takes?

  • A passion for discussing architecture and identifying the best possible solution for any given challenge.
  • Expertise in developing IT solutions to align with product vision and optimize daily operations.
  • Proficiency in building secure IT solutions using loosely coupled architecture and API-led integration, adhering to Domain-Driven Design principles in .NET.
  • Experience with software architecture and cloud infrastructure setup, employing infrastructure as code.
  • Demonstrated readiness for change and a preference for a flexible, inspiring environment that values diversity.
  • A team player with a positive, brave, and curious mindset, committed to delivering high-quality results.

Nice to have

  • Proficient in TypeScript and React development.
  • Experience in writing tests (unit/functional).
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and continuous delivery environments.
  • Strong cultural competence with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
  • Possesses a mentoring and coaching mindset, actively sharing knowledge within organizational communities.
