Job Description

Are you a curious, collaborative and inspiring Design Leader ready to take on your next exciting challenge in an international environment?

Then join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, and play your part in impacting how we create insights-driven and innovative products within our Consumer and Marketing digital product space . You will be advocating user-centric design both by working on products and leading a team of designers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and coach a team of service designers

  • Recruit and build a talent pipeline across design, including staffing, coaching and assessments

  • Actively collaborate with key senior stakeholders across the organisation

  • Facilitate a learning mindset across business, product, engineering and design by maintaining, developing and sharing insights on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry 

  • Drive, conduct and align user research and service design across products when needed

  • Together with a team of design leaders, build a design culture and community of openness and trust, care and empathy. Focus on people growth, bringing fun and creativity in play everyday

Requirements

  • A true team player with strong collaboration skills and ability to create relations and impact across teams

  • Curious, energetic and positive attitude

  • Strong communication skills and business understanding with the ability to sell in opportunities and initiatives to senior stakeholders

  • Thrive in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes

  • Experience in agile development, application of agile techniques and delivery processes

  • Promotes adoption of agile methodologies to secure outcome-driven mindsets in product teams

  • High emotional intelligence and understanding of team dynamics

  • Lead with empathy and ability to set clear direction

Nice to have

  • Experience designing or leading digital marketing products or platforms

  • Experience working on products supporting campaign planning, campaign execution, or marketing content creation workflows

  • Understanding of user needs and workflows within marketing teams or campaign-driven organisations

  • Experience with projects or products with a finance, commercial, or data-driven optimisation focus

  • Exposure to marketing technology ecosystems (MarTech) or internal enterprise tools for marketing operations
