This role sits within the Marketing Product function and focuses on attribution and performance optimisation products. We are building and operating an ecosystem that enables world-class, insight-led digital marketing to people all over the world.
We’re pleased to offer our hybrid working arrangement, Best of Both, with three days per week in our London office and two days working from home. Please note: relocation support is not available for this role.
Core Responsibilities
Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for marketing attribution and optimisation products, enabling timely and data-informed marketing decisions
Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science and design to deliver attribution models and optimisation capabilities across channels
Translate complex marketing and analytics challenges into clear product initiatives
Partner with marketing, finance and analytics stakeholders to understand decision workflows and define meaningful success metrics
Drive product discovery through research, data analysis and experimentation to validate needs and measure value
Define product requirements that balance business goals, technical constraints and user experience
Guide the development of multi-channel measurement and optimisation capabilities, ensuring outputs are trusted, interpretable and embedded into downstream tools
Communicate product direction, progress and outcomes clearly to senior partners, aligning teams around shared priorities

Marketing Product covers a broad portfolio across planning, activation, insights, and creative management. This role strengthens the connection between data science, technology, and marketing decision-making, helping teams optimise performance in a structured and scalable way.
Do you have what it takes?
Product management experience with data-focused or insight-based products, including marketing attribution
Understanding of marketing measurement concepts, optimisation and experimentation approaches
Experience collaborating with data scientists and engineers on models, pipelines or experimentation frameworks
Familiarity with advertising platforms, analytics tools or customer data platforms
Ability to operate effectively in environments with ambiguity and evolving problem definitions
Experience balancing discovery and delivery, with a focus on measurable impact
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions
Clear communicator able to explain technical or analytical topics to non-technical audiences
Experience defining success metrics and evaluating product impact
Exposure to experimentation frameworks, causal inference, or incrementality testing
Strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of privacy and data governance considerations in marketing data
Experience working within Agile delivery models
