Join as Product Manager to lead our Enterprise Knowledge Platform digital product. As an early-stage product, it offers the opportunity to shape its vision and strategy and build foundational capabilities that will be used across the organization.

The platform strives to enable that enterprise data is FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable), trusted, governed, and meaningfully connected—empowering better decisions, operational efficiency, and innovation.

As we become more data-driven, it is essential to ensure that the meaning of our data is clear. Your role will be pivotal in driving adoption, aligning collaborators, and driving business value. Success depends on all of us working together as One LEGO® Team playing a role in delivering value by contributing to and using this shared knowledge model effectively and consistently.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Align partners across technology and business, managing priorities and expectations
  • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to develop scalable features for knowledge graphs, semantic data models, data cataloging and governance
  • Secure transparency on progress and results by regularly following up on key results and metrics
  • Promote adoption through mentorship, standard methodologies, and advocacy
  • Monitor usage and efficiency, iterating to maximise impact

Play your part

You'll be part of the Digital Product & Operations team together with other Product Managers, focusing on foundational digital products at LEGO Group. This team drives product-led development across infrastructure, digital, and data platforms.

Do you have what it takes

  • Proven experience as a product manager
  • Strong partner management and engagement skills
  • Effective communication skills, including establishing clear storyline
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration across business and technology
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments
  • Understanding enterprise knowledge graphs, data catalogs and semantic technology
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional collaborators across business and technology
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments, balancing competing priorities and needs
