Job Description

Are you ready to help lead the transformation of how we do digital content versioning within the Marketing ecosystem at LEGO Group? As a Senior Product Manager, you'll lead the cross-functional collaboration across product management, product design, and engineering teams. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to enable us to set new standards in productivity and business value through leading technologies (like GenAI) and ecosystem thinking. You'll be at the heart of our marketing product organization and manage bringing an essential creative capability to life within our wider ecosystem.

Please note: This position is based in Denmark with close collaboration to teams in both our Copenhagen and Billund offices. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation is not provided.
 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate closely within your product trio—product management, design, and engineering—and as an active member of our team of product managers to enable an end-to-end vision on how we will be doing digital content versioning at LEGO Group. 

  • Engage with business stakeholders and leadership to ensure clarity on vision and help drive value discovery efforts.   

  • Set direction and clarify scope for discovery and development of content and asset versioning within a digital ecosystem that supports the full marketing value chain. 

  • Join our ambitious team to set new standards in driving productivity and business value through ecosystem integration and new/AI technologies.

We are a strong team of product managers sitting at the heart of the efforts to further digitize our marketing value chain and enable process automation across creative development, and production capabilities within marketing communications.  
 

It is our collective ambition to implement a category-leading ecosystem of digital capabilities supporting our marketing organization in general and with specific emphasis on our in-house creative agency. 
 

In this 12-Month Contract role, you will lead the continued evolution of our digital capabilities in the space of content versioning and adaptation. The role is placed within the marketing organisation and acts as the link between daily business and our technology organisation.

  • Proven experience as a digital product manager 

  • Fluent English skills, both verbal and written 
     

Nice to Haves 

  • Experience with marketing and creative development/production technologies
