As Senior OT Control Systems Manager you will have global responsibility – across Next-Gen manufacturing sites - This role has the responsibility to ensure the right specifications, the right solutions architecture and integration of 3rd party systems into LEGO via UNS and IIoT. More specifically you will:
Build and implement IIoT/SCADA architectures for new facilities.
Apply Unified Namespace (UNS) for efficient data integration.
Deploy and manage IIoT systems including Ignition.
Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for scalable environments.
Manage MQTT, OPC-UA, CIP, OPC-DA, PROFINET, and other OT protocols.
Digitally map automated process flows across manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with digital product teams, operations, and project teams.
Manage collaborator relationships and engage with third-party vendors.
Draft and negotiate technical specifications, including UNS data specifications.
Ensure compliance/inspiration from standards such as ISA95/IEC62264, S88/IEC 61512-1, ISA 101, and IEC 62443.
Located at our Billund office, you will join the OT Data & Cybersecurity team. This team establishes the framework for OT Data Connectivity, SCADA/IIoT, and OT cybersecurity across LEGO Group Manufacturing sites.

Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and vertical protocols.
Demonstrated expertise in OT protocols and automated manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and collaborator management skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional product teams.
Proven experience in managing collaborators and effective communication across diverse teams.
Ability to analyze complex systems and develop practical solutions.
Highly skilled communicator: professional verbal and written communication, comprehensive, clear, direct, and accurate.
Build and maintain lasting collaborative partnerships with internal and external partners and use relationships to meet organizational objectives.
Foresee shifts in the industry and convert possible changes into strategies that position the LEGO Group for success.
Expect international travel between 10-30 days/year.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English both verbally and written.
