We are looking for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Excellence to shape and elevate our global retail development supply chain. This is a high-impact role focused on building best-in-class supply chain performance, embedding a future-ready operating model, and driving end-to-end excellence across planning, supplier management, and delivery. 

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.  

No relocation or visa assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Own Global Supply Chain Performance - Lead and monitor end-to-end supply chain critical metrics (on-time, in-full, to quality), driving performance across fixtures and digital graphics for Retail Stores across all markets and channels. 

  • Build and Implement S&OP Framework - Establish and embed a robust Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and inventory across regions. 

  • Design Future Operating Model - Define and implement a scalable, global supply chain operating model, optimising cost, agility, speed to market, and inventory health. 

  • Drive Supply Chain Digitisation & Tools - Lead the development of harmonised processes, digital tools, and data frameworks, including AI-enabled planning and performance management capabilities. 

  • Enhance Supplier & Partner Performance - Develop strong supplier management practices, including frameworks, contract optimisation, and collaboration with outsourced partners. 

  • Build Capabilities & Cross-Functional Alignment - Strengthen in-house supply chain capabilities and drive alignment across procurement, finance, retail development, and operations to close planning gaps and unlock efficiencies. 

Do you have what it takes 

  • Deep Supply Chain Expertise - Extensive experience in supply chain management within Retail or FMCG, including strong planning and S&OP background. 

  • Operating Model & Transformation Leadership - Proven track record in designing and implementing supply chain operating models and leading large-scale transformation initiatives. 

  • Supplier & Performance Management - Demonstrated experience in supplier KPI management, quality control, and driving performance improvements through structured governance. 

  • Digital & Data-Driven Approach - Experience with supply chain digitisation, data frameworks, and a strong interest in using AI to enhance processes and decision-making. 

  • Stakeholder & Influencing Skills - Strong ability to collaborate and influence across functions and senior collaborators, with excellent communication and presentation skills. 

  • Fluency in English - both written and verbal.
