    Please note that no relocation support is available for this position.

    Core Responsibilities

    The Strategy Partner will support the CEEMEA (Central Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa) Market Group Head as the strategy and commercial partner, co-creating strategy and business plans and helping to bring them to execution.

    • Design and develop commercial strategies both at the regional and global level to help meet our ambitious objectives
    • Work closely with regional heads to lead the key initiatives
    • Collaborate across multiple teams and functions to drive critical projects, strategy formulation and problem-solving through to ensuring effective deployment and execution
    • Constructively challenge partners and provide strategic sparring to market group leaders on strategic challenges and issues to improve leadership decisions
    • Lead the regional leadership team meeting agenda, ensuring accurate strategic focus and follow-up
    • Analyse and assess future trends (threats and opportunities) in the marketplace to drive the strategic decision process, solve ad hoc analytical assignments, prepare presentations and decision documents
    • Play an active role in partnering with the market and strategy partners, including in global initiatives, cascading global direction, team capability-building and knowledge/insights-sharing
    • Lead strategic engagements from framing strategic problems through performing analysis, driving to insights, and packaging findings to inspire change within the organization

    This position can be based in one of our Prague, London, Billund or Copenhagen offices. Please note that for an individual based in London or Denmark, approx. 30-40 travelling days a year are required.

    The Strategy & Transformation team drives the Corporate Strategy development & value realisation, working on major strategic priorities for the company.

    We are uniquely positioned as a central team working closely with the senior leadership team across functional areas and geographies on strategic and operational topics.

    Do you have what it takes?

    • Proven strategy experience (including experience gained in a strategy consultancy firm and ideally, added experience in similar roles within the FMCG / CPG industry or digital experience)
    • Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills that allow you to extract logic, insights, and meaningful conclusions from complex business problems
    • Ambition, entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial savvy
    • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to structure documents and quantitative analysis as well as PowerPoint presentations for executive level communication
