Drive Retail Inventory Excellence: Optimize, Monitor, and Innovate!

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager in Commercial Operations Performance, where you'll drive strategic initiatives to optimize retail inventory and enhance commercial success. Lead impactful projects that shape the future of global market operations.

Core Responsibilities:

Retail Inventory Health Evaluation

  • Define and implement comprehensive measures and targets to evaluate and continuously monitor the health of Retail Inventory. Ensure alignment with business objectives to optimize End-to-End inventory levels while securing service and in-stock levels for our customers.
  • Specify data sources for both management and operational reporting. Collaborate with key partners to deliver automated Power BI reports, dashboards, alerts, and drilldowns that enhance decision-making capabilities, supporting overall improvements in our in-stock levels and the accuracy of our Demand Plans.

Central Monitoring and Root Cause Identification

  • Design and embed a robust central monitoring process to proactively identify and address out-of-stocks, overstocks, aging inventory, and launch/replenishment gaps. Publish detailed, prioritized issue lists with actionable insights towards stakeholders ensuring improvements within the Demand planning processes.
  • Lead in-depth root cause analysis to quantify drivers such as forecast error, allocation rules, and promotional plans, with the objective of recommending corrective actions to stakeholders, building on our continuous improvement culture.

Excess Execution Governance

  • Govern the execution of Market & Channels Excess inventory by establishing sell-through targets and be responsible for monthly tracking and communication towards the Commercial Demand Review (CDR) meeting and the S&OP process.
  • Partner with stakeholders in Operations to develop real-time operational reporting that supports strategic decision-making and enhances overall efficiency across all markets.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing measures to optimize Retail Inventory health, focusing on improving retailers' in-stock levels and increasing Demand Plan accuracy.  Design a central monitoring process to address inventory gaps and lead root cause analysis, partnering with stakeholders to ensure corrective actions are implemented and followed through. Govern Market & Channels Excess inventory execution by establishing sell-through targets, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting key stakeholders through monthly processes.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office for data manipulation, formulas, visualization, and presentations.
