You will play an active role in the daily production across various customers, demands and pipelines, ensuring clarity in priorities and ways of working.

Working closely with partners across VAD and beyond, your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive clarity and data-informed decision-making around workload, prioritization and delivery commitments
  • Engage cross-functionally to translate strategic priorities into realistic and predictable plans

Play your part in our team succeeding

You have proven hands-on experience with agile ways of working, including experience in shaping and improving planning setups.

Moreover, you bring:

  • Experience balancing people leadership with operational planning complexity
  • Bring an appetite to facilitate development of the digital pipeline by challenging solutions for systems and processes for various digital demands, taking initiative and ownership when driving solutions
  • Practical experience with capacity planning and demand forecasting in a production-driven setup, including aligning longer-term demand with operational execution
  • Proven experience setting direction for agile execution and planning structures, including capacity forecasting and delivery predictability
  • A team-oriented approach and strong understanding of diversity and inclusion
  • Strong partner management and communication skills
  • Business and value chain understanding
  • Preferably a technical 3D understanding and familiarity with Autodesk Maya, Adobe package, Unreal or Unity
  • Advanced English language skills.

Additionally, we anticipate that you will:

  • Have a clear passion for navigating multiple people-related topics simultaneously
  • Demonstrate a willingness to continuously strengthen your own leadership capabilities
