Job Description

Join a fast-paced, collaborative Retail Experience & Marketing (REM) team driving the next phase of growth for the LEGO Group’s retail ecosystem. In this role, you’ll help shape regional media strategy across multiple markets, connecting data, insights, and cross-channel expertise to drive both eCommerce growth and in-store footfall. With a strong focus on performance media, particularly search, you’ll turn insights into smarter investments, helping build audience-first brand experiences and delivering measurable impact for the business. 

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.  

No relocation or visa assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Lead Paid Search Strategy for LEGO Retail - Develop and drive the paid search media strategy for LEGO Group Retail (D2C), delivering engagement and commercial performance across both ecommerce and physical stores across multiple regional markets. 

  • Drive Data-Led Media Investment Decisions - Evaluate performance data across analytics, finance forecasting, and marketing mix modelling to optimise budgets, improve marketing effectiveness, and ensure investments deliver measurable business impact. 

  • Plan and Optimise Multi-Market Search Activation - Build and lead regional search plans across platforms including Google and Microsoft, ensuring campaigns are tailored to shopper behaviour and deliver both short-term performance and long-term customer value. 

  • Champion Test-and-Learn and Cross-Channel Collaboration - Apply a growth mindset to continuously test, refine, and evolve the media mix—connecting paid search with programmatic and social channels to maximise overall performance. 

  • Lead Partner Collaboration and Media Execution -Work closely with internal media teams, agency partners, and senior stakeholders to brief activation teams, align strategy with business priorities, and communicate performance and channel excellence across the organisation. 

Do you have what it takes 

  • Digital Performance Marketing Expertise - Strong experience in paid search and digital performance marketing across platforms such as Google and Microsoft. 

  • Global / Multi-Market Search Experience - Proven track record managing search campaigns across multiple international markets and languages. 

  • Data-Driven Mindset - Highly structured approach to analysing performance data and turning insights into optimisation actions. 

  • Large Budget Management - Experience managing significant media budgets across regions with strong forecasting, financial oversight, and KPI accountability. 

  • Collaborative & Agile Working Style - Comfortable leading projects and working cross-functionally in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. 

  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.
