Join us for an exciting career as “Senior Manager, Membership Operations” as part of the Membership & Personalisation team within Market & Channels Central Marketing. 

The Senior Manager, Membership Operations, is a key leader at the heart of enabling the LEGO Insiders membership program operations. 

Note: This position is based in Copenhagen, with no relocation assistance available. 

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for the LEGO Group Membership Program. Ensuring members can access benefits and rewards across LEGO Branded Channels and 3rd party retailers in the future.  

Partnering with cross functional business teams to deliver the day-to-day operations of the membership program, ensuring members can access benefits, rewards and offers seamlessly, to help drive a highly active and satisfied membership base.  

Core Responsibilities 

  • Accountable for the Membership Program Operations across all LEGO branded channels and 3rd party retailers, through the operational delivery of membership mechanics 

  • Lead and drive the end-to-end operations management of the LEGO Insiders Membership Program, in alignment with the Membership Marketing & Promotions Calendar and the Benefits & Rewards Activity Plans 

  • Drive operational excellence, management and continuous improvements of the day-to-day membership operations ensuring smooth delivery of the LEGO Insiders Program Management. 

  • Responsible for the LEGO Insiders membership program Terms & Conditions across all LEGO branded channels and retails partners (ensuring legal compliance and regulation updates are met) 

  • Work with the Membership Reporting & Optimisation Manager to support accurate reporting and forecasting for Membership program benefits and rewards inventory management. 

  • Design and lead the quality assurance processes for all the program operations, ensuring activity is delivered on time, in budget and aligned to activity goals and objectives
     
     

  • Partner with the digital product and engineering teams to leverage loyalty operations platform tooling, and future proofing capabilities in-line with the overall membership strategy.
     

  • Support in developing a high-performing membership program operations & operational team.  
     

  • Documentation and creation of operational user guides, and process mapping for internal teams.

The role will sit in the Global Membership & Personalisation Team, with a broader responsibility to empower and inspire the full LEGO Group. You will report directly to the Director, Membership Program Operations & Development and manage a team of Operations Specialists. 

Do you have what it takes 

  • Extensive experience leading global loyalty or membership programs strategically and operationally. 

  • Proven track record in developing & delivering highly commercial and member centric operational solutions. 

  • Experience with managing and driving cross-functional loyalty programs and working on transformational agenda. 

  • Adept at building support among diverse stakeholders in a global setting, including collaboration with product and tech teams. 

  • Strong communicator with senior stakeholders, delivering clear recommendations. 

  • Experience working in a global multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B). 

As a person, you are positive and solution-oriented, a true team player who can also work independently and set clear directions. You have a strong drive and excel at managing and influencing stakeholders.
