Join us as a Senior Manager Markets & Channels Partner, where you'll be pivotal in safeguarding the LEGO Group's commercial operations.


Core Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring confidentiality within the LEGO Group, working across various teams and market regions to strengthen security and awareness. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with sales regions to improve confidentiality awareness and strengthen security measures.

  • Be the frontline point of contact for the Customer Confidentiality Program (CCP) to ensure alignment and regular updates across our markets and channels.

  • Manage leak cases, coordinating enforcement actions with legal and market teams for swift resolution.

  • Partner with business units to boost confidentiality capabilities and ensure effective practices.

  • Align systems and tools with digital and supply chain leads to support confidentiality needs and market requirements working alongside the Confidentiality Officer

  • Mitigate risks of leaks on LEGO.com through strategic partnership and proactive measures, working alongside the leak incident team and the Confidentiality Officer.

  • Ensure secure and compliant selling-in processes with the global Selling-In team, enhancing confidentiality working alongside the Confidentiality Officer and Partnering Director.

  • Address and manage confidentiality concerns during physical and virtual events, such as showrooms and toy fairs working alongside the Confidentiality Officer and Partnering Director.

The role as Senior Manager Markets & Channels Partner will be anchored in the stream of Partnering & Engagement within the Confidentiality Team and will focus on managing leak risks across all our global customers. On a day-to-day basis the role will collaborate closely with other members of the team and will partner directly on action delivery with both the Partnering Director and the Confidentiality Officer.  It is a important role that liaises with all levels of our Markets and Channels organization and legal, driving actions that protect the LEGO Group, and our important IP relationships. 


Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.


Do you have what it takes?

We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in compliance, particularly in commercial environments. Your background should demonstrate advanced expertise, showcasing your ability to manage complex confidentiality issues effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Equivalent experience to a degree or master's level.

  • Extensive experience in a compliance role, focusing on commercial partnerships.

  • Experience with LEGO Group or a leading global company is preferred.

  • Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude and willing to take action approach.

  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking English.

  • Strong collaborator and teammate, skilled in negotiating impactful business outcomes.

  • Effective communicator at executive levels, both internally and externally.
