Join us as the Senior Leak Incident Manager and play a crucial role in protecting LEGO®'s products, and IP relationships.


Core Responsibilities

The Senior Leak Incident Manager will report directly to the Confidentiality Officer but will on a day-to-day level partner with the Director of Leak incidents. Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Drive leak incident investigation with partners across the business and ensure structured documentation.

  • Analyze trends and patterns to identify risk areas for the team to explore further.

  • Facilitate ongoing touchpoints and workshops with product teams and other partners in the organization.

  • Drive key initiatives to uplift the Confidentiality toolbox

  • Support Director of Leak Incidents with engagement towards major IP Partners.

The role as Senior Confidentiality Manager will be anchored in the Leak Incident Management stream and will be responsible for ensuring containment, root-cause analysis, and identification of corrective actions. This happens through partner engagement and building network and capabilities in the markets, supporting functions such as our Product Teams, IT, Legal, Global Security and other teams across the organization physical and digital value chain. The role will work incredibly closely with other members of the team who have specific business partnering responsibilities.


Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.

  • Proven track record of balancing multiple open tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience with process mapping & continues improvement.
