Job Description

This position is intended to assist in our growing ownership of SAP Signavio, as we will be the platform owners responsible for collaborating closely with business stakeholders to migrate, implement, and manage the SAP Signavio platform, ensuring a smooth experience for our end-users.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with peers, Product Managers, and business colleagues to deliver digital solutions focused on automating business processes

  • Manage and maintain the SAP Signavio platform, including configuration, updates, and support, to ensure optimal performance and user-friendliness for all partners

  • Together with your team, take full responsibility for all delivered solutions, ensuring best practices in development, testing, and deployment of our automations

  • Engage and cooperate with engineers across teams, sharing demos, successes, and takeaways

  • Design and develop resilient and secure automation solutions, primarily using Blueprism, our Robotics Process Automation (RPA) platform, as well as connected applications, including AI technologies

Join a well-established product team responsible for delivering digital solutions to automate business processes using robotics process automation and connected applications, including artificial intelligence.

You'll collaborate with experienced Process Automation developers and business colleagues to help the LEGO Group enhance efficiency and compliance in implementing business processes. We operate in an agile manner, applying engineering, architecture, and product management practices to ensure we create solutions that bring maximum value to our customers and maintain a close feedback loop.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Demonstrable ability to take ownership and lead complex initiatives and drive innovation

  • Consistent track record of staying ahead in technology trends and applying new knowledge to projects

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with partners at all levels

  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment

  • Deep enthusiasm for emerging technologies and their strategic application

  • Familiarity with SAP Signavio and process modeling would be highly advantageous

  • Knowledge of multiple programming languages and experience in architecting software solutions, especially Python and C#, would be beneficial

  • Experience in designing and implementing RPA/automation solutions, particularly with Blue Prism, would be an advantage

  • Advanced understanding of database management and optimization techniques would be valuable

  • In-depth experience with cloud architecture and services, especially AWS, would be a bonus

Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
