Join us in Billund as a Senior Go-To-Market Manager in Licensing & Extended Line (LEL). Be part of efforts to fuel fandom and boost seasonal impact at retail through LEGO® licensed products


Core Responsibilities

We're seeking a dynamic professional to drive our go-to-market strategies and enhance our brand presence across retail channels. Your role will involve:

  • Crafting tailored go-to-market strategies for retail channels, focusing on engagement and cross-category statements

  • Closely collaborate with our Markets & Channels organization including our key account counterparts understanding the opportunities in each channel and ensure our Go-To-Market approach answers those

  • Working with LEL product teams and LEGO® licensing partners to ensure a unified approach and optimize channel performance.

  • Drive retailer engagment initiatives that unlocks incremental space and growth opportunities

  • Delivering impactful retail programs that integrate LEGO® licensed products into key seasonal and franchise moments

  • Partnering with LEL marketing to execute initiatives that improve shopper discoverability and conversion.

  • Translate account and channel feedback into meaningful input that will serve as commercial framework for future portfolio strategies.

Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.


Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in Commercial or Go-to-Market roles for global entertainment or consumer brands.

  • Track record of working with retailers to achieve strategic priorities and retail programs.

  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable workstreams for partners and teams.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills for cross-functional collaboration.

  • Skilled at analyzing insights to recommend effective retail and shopper initiatives.

  • Ability to see opportunities and drive innovation for business growth.


Extra bonus if you have

  • Understanding of the licensing industry, enabling Go-to-market initiatives in this specialized field.
