Core Responsibilities
Finance partnering for the Workplace Experience (WEX) organization within the People Places and Culture area (one of the Executive Leadership Areas within the LEGO Group). WEX drives a broad agenda covering operations, maintenance, facility management and select upgrades of 70+ offices across the world.
Partner directly with WEX VP and be an equal and active member of the WEX leadership team to co-drive and co-own business decisions (financial and non-financial). You will be a key part in driving the productivity agenda including finding opportunities to improve business performance and processes through data-driven insights.
Lead financial planning process for WEX including yearly budget, forecasting and follow-up on expenses.
Deliver clear, actionable financial analysis and storytelling to support decision-making and business cases. This includes significant maintenance and upgrade projects, as well as setup and management of integrated facility management services
Drive Performance management and reporting across the business areas incl. driving financial transparency and governance on projects and contracted outsourced services.

In this role you will be part of a Finance team of 4 people that support the People, Places and Culture organization (PPC). You will work across key senior business collaborators globally and locally, and co-drive an agenda with strategic impact for all employees.
Do you have, what it takes
The ideal candidate brings a Masters degree or equivalent experience in finance relevant topic including
Minimum 5+ years of finance business experience within a global company
Strong business understanding and strategic mindset including ability to merge impacts from business decisions and commercial contractual agreements into a finance context.
Great collaboration skills proven in a global context across senior partners
Data-driven and analytical approach
Excellent communication skills - preparing presentations, written communication etc. to non-finance and senior customers
Solid financial toolbox – including understanding of business case development, budgeting processes and accounting principles
A mentality of enabling and at the same time challenging solutions demonstrating the Leadership Playground behaviors by being Curious – Brave – Focused.
