Lead Engineering at the Intersection of Gaming, VFX and Scalable Technology.
Are you ready to lead engineers working on tooling and systems that are a vital part of our visualization and real-time rendering pipeline?
Core Responsibilities
Organize and run your HR team by enacting leadership activities to foster a motivated, brave and curious engineering capability group with focus on craftsmanship and strong performance.
Recruit engineering talent and support their continued development through mentoring and coaching
Set the technical direction within your area and ensure its adoption in your engineering teams and among relevant stakeholders.
Support a “product culture” mindset by matching people and their skills to product teams
Create a structure for and secure execution of knowledge sharing and interest groups
Foster a collaborative environment for our product teams enabling them to release their potential
Play your part in our team succeeding
As Senior Engineering Manager you will lead a group of engineers working in two full featured product teams supporting our visualization technology across the company - closely connected to our gaming and VFX-driven technology landscape.
Do you have what it takes?
Previous leadership experience within the digital space
Previous experience from Gaming or VFX industry
Solid understanding of IT Architecture
Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with or on agile development teams
Great communication, leadership and coaching skills
Solid stakeholder management competencies
Delivery focused mindset
You are not foreign to concepts like continuous delivery, DevOps, serverless architecture and domain driven design
