The Kids & Ecosystem Technology (KET) department delivers a broad set of digital experiences and foundational platform services engaging millions of children and families worldwide. KET provides centralized platforms including behavior tracking, UGC, and content moderation across consumer, retail, and marketing domains, and owns two key engagement channels: kids.lego.com and the LEGO Play app.
In this role you will lead and shape the engineering organization that powers the LEGO Group’s digital engagement with children. You will collaborate with business partners, product managers, designers and fellow engineering leaders to drive the BDLR (Build Direct Lasting Relationships) transformation program, delivering member and kids engagement initiatives that support sustainable growth, innovation and operational excellence.
