The Data Office provides the LEGO Group with its enterprise data platform, data governance frameworks, and standard methodologies for data and AI. Alongside these horizontal capabilities, we embed vertical teams directly into parts of the business — working shoulder-to-shoulder with domain leaders to raise data maturity and deliver outcomes that matter.
This role leads one of those vertical teams. You will hold a seat on both the Data Office leadership team and the domain's technology leadership team — a dual mandate that gives you unusual breadth of influence and requires someone who can operate credibly across both strategic and technical conversations. You will work across multiple cluster leaders, each with their own priorities, giving you a unique cross-cutting perspective that no individual cluster leader has. Success means being a genuine partner — bringing the data and AI expertise that helps cluster leaders achieve their ambitions.
