We are looking for a Senior Digital Assurance Manager to engage in comprehensive audit procedures, enhance controls, and contribute to strategic improvements across our global operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the planning of IT audits and projects involving the digital technology environment and related processes. Define objectives and scope while applying knowledge of IT frameworks, industry standards, regulations, internal policies, and established guidelines.
  • Lead the performance of audit procedures including walkthroughs and other assurance activities to understand the existing digital and business environment, and to identify risks and related controls
  • Evaluate and test the design and effectiveness of IT general controls, application controls, security controls, and digital technology governance, and recommend corrective actions as appropriate
  • Prepare and review work papers that meet internal quality standards to ensure that adequate documentation exists to support the completed assurance activities and conclusions
  • Influence management to develop corrective actions from process reviews and audit observations. Monitor open action items to ensure timely remediation. Raise issues as needed to maintain accountability.
  • Create high quality, meaningful reports and presentations and communicate to senior management to raise the level of awareness, understanding, and status of IT risks and controls
  • Build and maintain a network of positive relationships with Digital Technology, Product Teams and other business functions across the organisation by providing advisory and other support as needed

Do you have what it takes?

  • Significant professional experience independently managing large complex projects relating to IT audit or assurance activities (internal audit, external audit, or consulting), involving the identification of IT risks and assessment of the design and effectiveness of IT general controls, IT governance controls, application controls, and/or end user computing controls
  • Experience working with IT frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ISO, NIST, CIS18, COSO, or ITIL and related controls
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) enabling meaningful collaboration that values diverse viewpoints and cultures while being able to influence results; ability to interpret and explain highly technical information in simple terms
  • Ability to develop and sustain strong business insight to take a ‘big picture’ view of how risks may impact the Company, including changes to laws and regulations
  • Experience in using data-enabled techniques and tools (such as Power BI) to aggregate, transform and analyse data sets to identify relevant patterns, anomalies, control deviations, and general risks
  • Commitment to ethical behaviour, professional integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and sensitivity of information
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel globally as needed; adapt to flexible work hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed
  • Advanced English (verbal and written) is required; any proficiency in additional languages such as Danish, Spanish, or Mandarin is a plus
