Please note: This role is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Relocation support is not offered for this role. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office).
Core Responsibilities
Innovative problem solver & conceptual creative – when you’re not writing, you’ll dream and bring to reality new ways to engage with parents and shoppers
Craft flawless copy in English that inspires and conveys the value of our play, including headlines, scripts, ads, and landing pages.
Apply your commerce experience across channels to build shopper awareness, drive understanding, and enhance conversion.
Develop portfolio-worthy commerce projects from concept to execution: brainstorming, refining, presenting, and producing.
Lead or support creative workshops with Art Directors, strategists, and teammates for campaign development.
Challenge the status quo with innovative insights, pushing the boundaries of our company and the industry.
Create concise, inspiring presentations to clearly communicate creative work.
Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to make informed creative decisions (i.e. Strategy, DI, TLA HUBs, Channels, Markets, Marketing, etc.).
Partner with Content Producers throughout the production phases, acting as a senior sparring partner or creative lead.
Mentor the Concept and Campaigns Creatives in commerce procedures.

The Senior Copywriter - Commerce belongs to the group of top creative employees in the LEGO Group's in-house agency. Responsible for ensuring that Our LEGO® Agency delivers best-in-class commerce communication through integrated creative campaigns & executions. The creative we are looking for should be as strong in ideas as they are in crafting every detail of their copy. You will be paired with an Art Director and work with a team of dedicated creatives across our global teams.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience in similar role in commerce
Strong campaign-concept and writing skills
Self-starter, able to work independently or in a team
Keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Likes to work in a team and learn from others as well as share own competencies and skills
Flawless English skills, both verbal and written
Nice to have
Enjoys building LEGO sets, even if they get caught doing so during video calls
BA or MA degree
Experience with children’s brands
