Join Our Team as a Senior Capacity & Flow Manager at LEGO! This great opportunity combines innovation with efficiency, placing the Senior Capacity & Flow Manager at the forefront of defining warehouse capacities and flow requirements. Optimize logistics flows to drive factories toward achieving target throughput, service levels, safety, and cost efficiency!

Core Responsibilities

  • Define Warehouse capacities and flow requirements towards logistics equipment from E2E interlinked production areas
  • Work with E2E Logistic flow & processes and drive the development of 360° impact analysis methodology
  • Define the logistics flow and Warehouse capacity for factories—material flows, capacity, buffers, operating principles, and integration with production—so the factory can achieve target throughput, service levels, safety, and cost.
  • Understand the Capacity Planning capacity process and develop MD&I Process for Review and timely input for capacity demand and implications (Both on long term and short-term planning)
  • Document and described capacity demands in structured documents for project execution
  • Act as specialist and review logistic flow process across logistic operation, warehouse management and warehouse technology and act as key connector between operations, Logistics technology and R&D functions in relation to flow and capacity
  • Participate in defining the optimal logistics flows, interlinked with factory layouts and new global standards.

The Senior Logistics Flow and Capacity Manager working in the "MD&I" organization with will be working within material logistics E2E in close collaboration with all technology platform areas, design reviews of new logistic set-up, processes and equipment integration. Identification and improvements/best practice, with focusing on optimizing the existing processes and equipment for all manufacturing sites in the LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes

The ideal candidate brings several of years of experience working within logistic and warehouse operations as senior specialist, supply chain, project manager or continuously improvement, and come with a global business understanding and experience within logistic process management or supply chain management.

Moreover they bring:

  • Global leadership skills within stakeholder management, communication, networking and conflict handling
  • Ability to travel app. 30 days per year to meet LEGO colleagues, run the project and external partners
  • Experience in a production/factory environment would be beneficial
  • An approach that are result oriented and collaborative
  • LEAN mindset

The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
