Shape the future of how The LEGO Group operates by driving enterprise Business Process Management, influencing strategic decisions, and unlocking value through process excellence, digital transformation, and innovation. As a key partner to senior leadership, this role ensures alignment between business priorities, operating models, and enabling technologies—while building the capabilities and frameworks needed to continuously improve and scale across the organization.
The Business Process Management (BPM) & LCI function plays a central role in enabling The LEGO Group’s strategic transformation by establishing a consistent, enterprise-wide approach to how processes are designed, governed, and continuously improved. Acting as a trusted sparring partner to senior leadership, the function supports critical decision-making on large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment between business priorities, operating models, and digital solutions, including ERP and other transformation programs.
By providing a structured framework and “single source of truth” for processes, BPM & LCI enables transparency, standardization, and informed decision-making across the organization. Beyond governance, the function drives innovation in how processes are understood and optimized—leveraging data, process insights, and emerging technologies such as AI to unlock new efficiencies and ways of working. This supports a wide range of outcomes, including process optimization, compliance, onboarding and training, and digital enablement, ultimately helping the business scale effectively and adapt to change.
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and sparring partner in complex, cross-functional environments
Experience translating business needs into structured solutions, bridging business and technology effectively
Demonstrated ability to build capabilities and drive adoption across an organization (e.g., training, coaching, or establishing standards and ways of working)
Proven experience driving or playing a key role in large-scale business or digital transformation programs (e.g., ERP or operating model transformations)
Strong end-to-end understanding of business processes and experience within Business Process Management (BPM), including design, governance, and continuous improvement
Familiarity with BPM and process mining tools (e.g., SAP Signavio or similar) is an advantage, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with proven ability to engage and challenge senior leadership in complex environments
Demonstrated experience driving change and leading initiatives across functions, including securing buy-in and adoption
Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to structure and lead workshops that drive alignment and decision-making
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable messages for different audiences
Experience working effectively in global, matrix organizations, navigating across cultures and organizational boundaries
Proven ability to build relationships and networks, enabling collaboration and alignment across teams and functions
Background in ERP or large-scale digital transformation programs (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, PLM)
Familiarity with BPM methodologies, frameworks, and governance models
Experience working with data, analytics, or process insights to drive decision-making
Exposure to emerging technologies (e.g., AI) in the context of process optimization or digital transformation
Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, MBA) or relevant professional certifications
